Learning Objectives:

Upon completion of this educational activity, participants should be able to:
• Recognize the physiologic issues related to the QRS complex and the selection of patients for the implant of a CRT-D device based on hemodynamic dyssynchrony
• Explore the relationship between lead positioning and AV/VV delay optimization in order to optimize the hemodynamic benefit related to the implant of a CRT-D device
