This activity has been developed for physicians, nurses, and technologists.
Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
- Review advances in cardiac resynchronization therapy pertinent to newer implantation strategies and expanding indications
- Review advances in pharmacological and interventional strategies to treat atrial fibrillation
- discuss the pathophysiology of atrial fibrillation and their implication for catheter ablation
- describe new technology for ablation of atrial fibrillation.
Activity Overview
The interactive dinner symposium will occur in Rush Room of the Gibsons Steakhouse on Wednesday, November 19, 2008 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. A question-and-answer session with the faculty will follow each presentation.
There is no fee associated with this activity.
