Please note that the cut-off date for cancellation is April 19, 2013. All cancellations must be received in writing (mailed or emailed) and postmarked by that date. Full registration will be refunded only to cancellations received in writing before the above date. Registrations are transferable at any time.
This activity is designed for health-system pharmacists.
The interactive educational conference will occur on May 3-4, 2013 at The Renaissance Newark Airport. A question-and-answer session with the faculty will follow each of the 14 sessions.
To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must attend a session in full and complete the online evaluation form. After successful completion of the evaluation form online at www.naccme.com, participants may immediately print their documentation of credit. To be eligible for credit for the live version of this activity, completed evaluations must be submitted online by May 20, 2013.
