Pharmacy Learning Network Oncology is dedicated to educating oncology pharmacists and oncology-focused health-system pharmacists through a multitude of conferences and multimedia  activities. PLN Oncology conferences focus exclusively on cancer-related topics and in 2013 will consist of 6 separate 1-hour educational sessions plus a 30-minute hot topics session.

Please note that the cut-off date for cancellation is April 12, 2013. All cancellations must be received in writing (mailed or emailed) and postmarked by that date. Full registration will be refunded only to cancellations received in writing before the above date. Registrations are transferable at any time.

Activity Overview

The interactive educational conference will occur on April 26-27, 2013 at The Hyatt Regency McCormick Place. A question-and-answer session with the faculty will follow each of the 14 sessions.

To be eligible for documentation of credit, participants must attend a session in full and complete the online evaluation form. After successful completion of the evaluation form online at www.naccme.com, participants may immediately print their documentation of credit. To be eligible for credit for the live version of this activity, completed evaluations must be submitted online by May 13, 2013.

Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, North American Center for Continuing Medical Education, LLC (NACCME) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.
