Target Audience
This activity is designed for primary care physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, registered dietitians, and other healthcare professionals involved in the continuum of CF care.
Learning Objectives
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
- Describe the potential impact of a multidisciplinary approach to nutrition therapy management and lifestyle counseling for adults with CF-related pancreatic exocrine insufficiency (PEI)
- Identify optimal dosing of pancreatic enzyme replacement therapy in adults with CF
- Implement evidence-based methods for the prevention and management of PEI and related complications in adults with CF
