  • Facilitate proper risk stratification, screening, and early management of chronic kidney disease (CKD)-induced anemia
  • Implement evidence-based techniques for ongoing monitoring of patients with CKD-induced anemia to optimize the effectiveness of therapy
  • Outline special treatment considerations for older patients with CKD-induced anemia
  • Integrate current guidelines into daily practice when diagnosing and managing CKD-induced anemia to maximize daily functioning, quality of life, and health outcomes
